Payment Schedule
Fontspring automatically pays vendors 45 days after the end of the month when they exceed the set payment threshold. Foundries can set the payment threshold and method of payment in their foundry account.
Payment Method
Fontspring makes all its vendor payments through Tipalti. This allows us to focus more on font licenses and less on international payment logistics. Tipalti offers multiple payment options depending on where you live. Usually, there is one option without fee but with restrictions, and another option without restrictions but with fees. You can adjust your payout method in the Payout Account section in your foundry account.
Payment Threshold
By default, Fontspring pays foundries after they have a minimum amount of $20 in royalties owed. As the foundry, you can adjust this to get paid in more significant amounts less often or smaller amounts more frequently. This is right under the payment and tax information in your vendor account.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on the country your foundry is in, the customer's location, and corresponding tax treaties. So that amount paid in taxes will be different every month. You can adjust your foundry's location and tax information in your vendor account in the Payout Accounts section. Feel free to refer to our Withholding Tax information here.
Payment Settings
You can adjust all the above payment settings in your vendor account.
