Contact Us: Let us know about your issue within 30 days of the purchase date.
Assistance: We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and may recommend contacting the font foundry for technical support.
Refund or Exchange Issuance: If a refund or exchange is approved, you must remove or destroy all copies of the unwanted fonts from your installations, servers, and backups.
*All refunds are at Fontspring’s sole discretion. Refunds must be processed within our 30-day refund and exchange window. No refunds will be processed after that time.
