We aim to ensure you are satisfied with the fonts you purchase on Fontspring! When things aren't working as expected, we're committed to helping you find a resolution. To get started, please provide screenshots of the issue you are experiencing so we can better understand the problem. Depending on the complexity, we recommend contacting the font foundry directly for specialized technical support.
If a refund or exchange is approved, you must remove or destroy all copies of the unwanted fonts from your installations, servers, and backups.
*All refunds are at Fontspring’s sole discretion. Refunds must be processed within our 30-day refund and exchange window. No refunds will be processed after that time.
